BV and TAR explained

BV multiplies final HP, ATK and DEF. TAR scores your BV against the stored reference for the same type and buffs.

How BV works

BV = final HP × final ATK × final DEF
Example: 3,000 × 500 × 600 = 900,000,000
Displayed as: 900.0 (millions)

Final stats include equipment, spirit, collection and buffs. Equal BV can come from different stat distributions.

How TAR works

Divide your BV by the reference M for the same type and buffs, then convert that ratio r into points.

r = your BV ÷ reference BV M
r ≤ 1: TAR = max(0, 200 × r − 100)
r > 1: TAR = 100 × r

TAR 80 means 90% of the reference BV. Ratios at or below 50% score zero. Matching the reference scores 100. Exceeding it can score above 100.

Why rankings can differ

These are illustrative values. Different types or buffs can have different reference values.

SetupYour BVReference MTAR

A has the larger stat product; B is closer to its own reference. For the same type and buffs, TAR cannot reverse BV ordering. The zero-score floor and display rounding can produce ties.

Which priority should I choose?

  • BV priority: choose this to favor a larger product of final stats.
  • TAR priority: choose this to favor higher scores relative to type/buff references.

Guild recommendations prioritize the sum of the selected metric across three dragons. The displayed average divides the sum by the number of dragons. Inventory and sharing limits apply; the search trims candidates, so a better combination may exist.

The reference and its limits

The reference table was built using grade 9.0, five level-44 gems, level-20 accessory candidates with 21% enchant, three 6% Sun pendant options, an optimized spirit, collection 240/60/60 and potion 24/6/6.

  • Grades 7.0 and 8.0 use the same 9.0 reference, not their own grade-specific maximum.
  • The stored reference does not recalculate for your inventory or entered spirit. Spirit peak results do not necessarily match that table.
  • Type and buffs select the reference. Debuffs can reduce your final stats without reducing the reference value.
  • Neither metric predicts win rate from skills, matchups, critical hits, evasion or battle randomness. Higher TAR does not guarantee a stronger fighter.
  • This TAR reference is used for spirit and guild calculations. Champion evaluation (HP + ATK×4 + DEF×4) is a separate metric.
